WRNT's 2008 Ice Cream Social was a treat for both man and Westie!

Calling all Ice Cream Lovers! (People AND Dogs).  Westie Rescue is pleased to announce our Second Annual Ice Cream Social.  If you're a Westie-lover, Westie-owner, Friend of Westies or just interested in spending an afternoon in the company of friends, Westies and Great Ice Cream, come on out.  Saturday, May 3, 2008 is the date, 10:00 AM at the TW Richardson Grove Pavilion in Irving.  We'll be featuring the ice cream of Sheridan's - which is healthy for both people and Westies.  Sheridan's is made with dog-friendly ingredients, which means no sugar and no lactose-products.  This event is free and open to the public, however, we must ask that only Westies, Terriers (Such as Scottish, Skye, Cairn, etc.) and other small dogs be permitted to participate.

Here are a few pictures of the event.  Check back here next Spring for the next Social.  They are not to be missed - Westies galore and ice cream!  That is a match made in heaven.
