January 25, 2006 -- Chloe is a Westie/White Schnauzer mix about 2 years old. She was released to WRNT by Prairie Paws Adoption Center in Grand Prairie on February 3, 2006.
She was bathed and shaved down due to heavy matting. In fact, the matting was so bad that she didn't have free movement of her back legs or tail until she was shaved. Chloe weighed in at 14 pounds. She had already been spayed and microchipped so we updated her shots and checked her for heartworms. She received a clean bill of health and won the hearts of the vet clinic with her winning personality and zest for life.
She was adopted on Sunday, February 5, and renamed "Kelly Green". Her new family just loves the fact she wants to be in your lap and cuddle and look into your eyes with pure love and gratitude.
