Description:

I am a one year old Westie.  I was surrendered by my owner to an Animal Shelter.  After a bath and a haircut, which I am told turned me into a very handsome little prince, I was taken to a vet for a checkup.  I am very healthy.  I am also very affectionate and love to be physically close to people.  I have lots a energy and spunk and love playing with my foster sisters.

I was adopted by a wonderful family with two teenage children and a CAT.  I am thrilled with my new family and believe that they are thrilled with me too.  I'm not so sure that the CAT was thrilled but he will get over it.  I've never had a CAT before so this is something new for me.

My new family has decided that my name is really Fred so that is what I answer to these days.  If you think your family would be a good home for a rescued Westie, fill out an Adoption Application and get it submitted today.

Here is my new family portrait:

UPDATE:  Here is what his new mom writes, "Just wanted to give you a report on Albert (renamed him Fred).  He is doing very well he is adjusting to us and we are adjusting to him.  We found out that he is very capable of jumping over the doggie gate.  We left him in our laundry room for a few hours yesterday and came home to a mess.  He had quite an adventure.  He is super sweet and we love him already!"
