Description:

Benji came to Westie Rescue from St. Jo, Texas.  Once our volunteer had driven all the way out there, she didn't have the heart to turn him down.  However, Benji is not your run-of-the-mill Westie.  He's actually a CAIRN - a Westie ancestor!  Here is a post-grooming picture - he's quite a handsome boy and you can see where the Westie's get their good looks from:

UPDATE:  WRNT located a family that was willing to take Benji on a trial basis even though they really wanted a Westie.  Well, as we expected, they fell head-over-heels in love with him and wouldn't think of giving him up!  So, our Westie wanna be has found his Forever Family.
