Description:
Westley was surrendered by a woman who had "adopted" him
from a co-worker. She found that a Westie puppy has boundless
energy and needs and her work and school schedule did not permit her to
provide him with the necessary attention and space he required.
Even though she wanted to keep him she knew it would be best for him to
find him a new home.
Westley is a 10 month old puppy. He is heartworm and fecal
negative. We have brought him up to date with his shots and have
neutered him. He is all ready to find his new Forever Home - are
you up to the challenge?
UPDATE: Westley
has found his Forever Home! He arrived to quite a clamor - his new
big brother Max, a Bull terrier, was trying to protect his property from
the unknown terrorist, the Westley Terrier Terrorist! But within a
few minutes both boys were doing the dog sniff test and both passed.
They played and played all over the huge backyard he now has! Our
WRNT volunteer that facilitated the adoption said, "I feel very
comfortable that these boys will enjoy each other's company for many
years to come."
Here is a picture of Westley's new family, complete with Mom, Dad and
three well-mannered and active children. He's finally getting to
live the life he deserves!
